Refunds & cancellation
Last updated: July 2026
Plain version: the first 7 days are free, you can cancel in two taps at any moment, and if you paid for something that didn't work, we refund it.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorized but not charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.
If you do nothing, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up, and the first charge is taken on the day the trial ends.
Cancelling
Send /billing to @theopenchat_bot. That opens your billing portal, where you can cancel, change your payment card, and download invoices.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel, and we don't bill you again after it.
Refunds
If a paid feature didn't work for you, tell us. We will fix it, extend your plan, or refund you — your choice, and we don't argue about it.
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of a charge. Ask by messaging @alexshvetss on Telegram, or send /paysupport inside the bot. Tell us which plan and roughly when you paid; that's enough for us to find it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, the money is returned by Creem and usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When we may decline
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge.
- Accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable use rule in the Terms. Those closures are permanent and unpaid time is not refunded.
- Repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles on the same account.
Who takes the payment
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem appears on your bank statement, issues your invoice, and handles the refund itself once it is approved. We never see or store card details.
You can also contact Creem directly about a charge through the billing portal linked from /billing.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If your local law gives you a longer or stronger right to cancel or be refunded, that law wins.
