These terms cover your use of Open Chat, the AI assistant available through @theopenchat_bot on Telegram. By using the bot, you agree to them.

What this is

An AI assistant: answers are machine-generated and can be wrong — double-check anything important. Not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to buy a plan.

Acceptable use

Don't use Open Chat for anything illegal, or to harm or exploit anyone. Accounts used that way are closed permanently, without a refund.

Privacy, concretely

• Your data is fully encrypted and never leaves your chat; answers are generated on our own private hardware — no OpenAI, Google, or any third-party AI provider sees your text.
• Never sold, never shared, never used to train any model, impossible to read by humans.
• Wipe (Settings → Wipe my chat history, inside the bot) deletes your chats and photo/voice notes immediately.
• We keep usage counters — how many messages per day, which plan, which buttons — never the content of anything you write or say.
• Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record; we never see or store card numbers.

Plans & billing

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and then renews automatically, monthly or annually as you chose. Cancel any time from /billing inside the bot, which opens your Creem billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Fair use on uncapped plans: we flag accounts past ~500 messages/day and talk to you first — never silent throttling, never surprise bans for humans.

Availability & refunds

We aim for 24/7 but this is a small, independent service; brief interruptions can happen. If a paid feature failed for you, tell us via /paysupport — we fix it, extend your plan, or refund.
